• Sopa de caracol

  "Sopa de Caracol" ("Conch Soup")[1] is a song performed by Honduran musical ensemble Banda Blanca.
  This month we learned about Honduras in our first chapter of Descubre. We learned where is on the map and the colors of the flag. Maybe you would like to share a taste of music. I danced this song when I was in First Grade at my elementary school. So, I am also sharing with you some great memories from my childhood.
  If you want to see how you dance the song, you can write on youtube children choreography of sopa de caracol. You will find videos of different school that their kids are dancing the song. In this dance you use your hips and tipi toes.
