Yessenia is the Project Administration Manager for North America Real Estate Store Construction at Nike. Her previous work was over a decade in banking with experience in Branch Banking and Business Lending.
Yessenia previously served as the school’s PTO President from 2019-2022, and in 2018 was the Cultural Enrichment Coordinator. Her passion for school community building and engagement brought her to the school board. She also serves on the board of Rebuilding Together Washington County and the King City Lions Club.
Yessenia and her husband Alex have three boys- two middle school sons who previously attend Arco Iris and a toddler who is a future Arco Iris student. They also have a Great Dane named Thor. Their family enjoys being outside on a baseball field when the weather is nice, or enjoying a basketball game - the boys sports keep them busy. They also enjoy trying new restaurants and all things Disney. Yessenia enjoys being involved in her community through culture and sports. She volunteers with Latino and Friends Network at Nike focusing on community engagement and communications. She also volunteers as the Marketing and Media Director of the Southridge Youth Football Program.
Christa works in the International Trade Field managing compliance with International Customs regulations, at Columbia Sportswear. She previously served as President of the board for 7 years and as Vice President for 1 year. She also served on the Arco Iris PTO, as the Treasurer and Fundraising VP. Her professional work experience in finance and the finance of our PTO makes her a great asset to the board as a finance member. She comes to us with 8 years of previous non-profit organization experience. She previously served as President and other various board positions at an international non-profit organization. Christa and her husband Brock have 3 children that previously attended Arco Iris. When she is not busy supporting the school you can find her on the sidelines of a soccer game for her child or at a Portland Thorns game.
Andrew is an Advanced Technology Material Program Manager at a leading defense company in their Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors business unit. He has an MBA in Finance from PSU and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from RPI. His previous volunteer activities include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lincoln Youth Football and Portland State University's Graduate Business Alumni Council. He has a daughter and son attending Arco Iris. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys watching sports, golfing, coaching his son in football and wrestling, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Sarah is a Professional School Counselor with over 18 years of experience as a public educator in Oregon. She currently works as a Mental Health Care Coordinator in the Hillsboro School District. In this role, Sarah helps families link to mental health services in the community and also supports the district's suicide prevention and tragedy response efforts. Their family enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cheering for Wisconsin sports teams. Sarah hopes her experiences and perspectives as a public educator are a valuable asset to the Arco Iris School Board.
Erin has a Master's in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Music, and a love for all things community. She has served as a secretary for the Friends of the Utah County Children's Justice Center, Vice President for the Portland Choir and Orchestra, and PTO Secretary on the Arco Iris PTO. As a board member, Erin particularly enjoys aiding in the grant writing and visioning processes.
Erin and her husband Steve have five children who have all attended Arco Iris or are currently attending.

Adreana, MPH, CPH is a skilled Business Data Analyst with a strong foundation in healthcare data analytics, clinical process optimization, and strategic decision-making. In her current role with the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), she plays a crucial part in driving quality improvements, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiencies through data. Beyond her professional career, Adreana is a passionate advocate for community engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has served as Chair and now Executive Sponsor for OHSU’s Culturas Unidas Employee Resource Group and continues to contribute to various leadership roles across the institution and community. In her free time, she enjoys visiting farmer's markets, kayaking, and snowboarding with her spouse and daughter.

Sarah is the Director of Human Resources at Reinisch Wilson PC, one of the largest workers' compensation defense law firms in the Pacific Northwest. Sarah's focus is people operations.
Sarah enjoys volunteering at Arco Iris and engaging with the teachers, students, and other parents.
Sarah and her husband have two children who formerly attended Arco Iris. They enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family.
